We are pleased to offer you two shipping options when shopping online at midnightmoonclothco.ca:
- Order & shipped to you
- Prince George Local Delivery: Order & have your items delivered within 10km of College Heights Plaza.
We try our best to prepare orders as quickly as possible. Processing time is the time between the order being placed by the customer and the package being shipped. Midnight Moon Cloth Co. processing times range from 2 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. In some cases, orders will be processed and shipped sooner. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.Â
Prince George Local Information
For customers located in the Prince George area, local delivery is available within 10km of College Heights Plaza. (Please note: We will do our best to deliver to you but in cases where unsafe or unfavourable conditions exist we reserve the right to suspend this service until further notice). From time to time, delivery service will be unavailable.

Shipping Information
ORDERS OVER $125 QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING ACROSS CANADA. ORDERS OVER $150 QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING TO THE United States.
Free Domestic Shipping: We offer our Canadian customers free shipping on orders over $125 CAD (before taxes and after discounts). If you select free shipping, please note that Midnight Moon Cloth Co. reserves the right to select a shipping method that may not include tracking.
Calculated Shipping rates:Â Shipping on orders under $125 (before taxes and discounts) is calculated by Canada Post based on weight. Shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
Lettermail Flat Rate Shipping: We offer flat rate shipping options within Canada ranging from $2.50-$5.65CAN. Please note, this option is calculated via package weight/size and does not include tracking. Please understand that certain item combinations simply cannot ship Lettermail due to package size limitations with this shipping option.
Packaging - Midnight Moon Cloth Co. repurposes packaging to reduce costs and environmental impact. This means you may receive your order in a box from another big brand or manufacturer.
Courier -Â All orders are shipped standard via Canada Post, unless another courier is a better fit. We do our best to ship out items as soon as the order is received. Please allow 4-10 days for receipt of your items. Orders shipped within BC typically arrive within a few days, whereas orders shipped to the East may take up to two weeks to arrive.Â
Customs & Duty
We do not cover the costs of duties and taxes on our end. This is the responsibility of the customer and will be dependent on their region.
Midnight Moon Cloth Co. is not responsible for delivery delays once the package has been shipped. Some examples include: severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, seasonal backlog, customs processing, etc. Shipping is subject to delays during or around holidays.
