Refund policy
Return policy:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Letter mail orders have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after your order has been shipped to request a return.
Due to the nature of some of our products, the following items are final sale, and are NOT eligible for return: One-Size Pocket Diapers, and Cloth Diaper Inserts.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags/sticker. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@midnightmoonclothco.ca. If your return is accepted, please send your unused, unwashed items with their original tags still attached to the address below. Items will not be accepted for return if original tags/stickers/packaging are removed or missing.
The cost of return shipping is at the expense of the returner. Midnight Moon Cloth Co. does not provide return labels. Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We recommend returns be shipped with methods that offer tracking and insurance as Midnight Moon Cloth Co. is NOT responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once items are received they will be assessed and a refund will be issued as soon as possible. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@midnightmoonclothco.ca

Incorrect Address
Please inspect your checkout information carefully before placing your order. If you incorrectly enter your address please reach out to us BEFORE your item ships. Midnight Moon Cloth Co. cannot assume responsibility for any errors in the entering of your address during the checkout process. If the error is unable to be fixed prior to shipping, Midnight Moon Cloth Co. assumes no liability for lost/missing items due to incorrect address information.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of these products, only unused and unwashed items are eligible for a return. Please thoroughly examine your products prior to washing.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or seconds-quality items which are sold as-is.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on products. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
Cancellations
All order cancellations will be charged a 25% restocking fee. This applies to preorders, custom orders, and in-stock orders. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled however certain items can be returned once they are delivered. Please see the section on returns for more information.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty
Our products have a 30-day warranty period starting from the day they arrive (tracked items). Items ordered via letter mail are eligible for warranty for 37 days from the date they are shipped.
